Error in communication

Hi to all,
Does anyone know how to set bit for the communication status. I want to know when my communication was broken,and see that status on screen...

Can anyone knows that?

If you are using PmCommMsg for your communication then you can detect the error easily in the onEndOfTransfer event – it contains the error code.

If you are using PmCommData or PmCommClientData for your communication (both directly or via data extensions) then you can detect the communication status by checking the Quality of the Var (one item in the Data page).

This type of communication monitoring is used in the Simatic S7-1200 preconfiguration so you can see it there.
