Communication with Allen-Bradley via Ethernet

I have the AB PLC CompactLogix L33ER and I need to read the data to Promotic8.3.29.
I created the new object preconfigured "PmABradleyCIP" in PmRoot. Then I started the application, opened the "AllenBradley-VarCfg" panel (using "Ctrl+G) and pressed the button "Run Msg", but nothing happened.
How I understand from the manual, this function must create the "#cfg:ABradleyVarCfg.txt" file and display it in the panel.
Where could be the problem?
The ping to PLC works fine...

Hello,
1) Please verify that the .txt file is really not created in the /cfg folder
2) Please run the application, open the "Infosystem" press the "run msg" button and look into the infor system (opened by CTRL+i). See sections: Errors and Comm (especially Monitor and Log sections). If you see some errors in these sections, please dump them into file and send ir by e-mail to klimicek(at)microsys.cz

In cfg folder there is no file with .txt, only the files with .tg
I printed the info from "Infosystem" and sended by e'mail...
