Alarm in AlarmGroup with several parents

Hi,
i have 3 alarm group:

AlarmGroup1 (no Parent) <- AlarmGroup2 (with parent AlarmGroup1) <- AlarmGroup3 (with parent AlarmGroup2)

In my situation if Alarm rises in AlarmGroup3 -> then it rises only in AlarmGroup1? Is this correct?
Why it don't rise in AlarmGroup2 ?
What i can do to rise it in AlarmGroup2 too ?
