Do anyone knows how to retrieve the data from PmRoot/user? which i used to login into my system, i wish to display the user name in the PmCanvas inside the system. Any expert knows this?

In order to do that use the UP data binding - this way you will get the User properties:

Study the PROMOTIC demo app toolbar - the functionality is used there:

Hi, thanks for your reply, I got it already!!thanks, by the way, if i want to get the user identify and the password and then also all those user's information then save it into database, how should i do? Am i need to add a new variable inside Pmdata?

Yes, users can be stored in .ini file (default) or somewhere else (database, ...).

The diffrence is based on the user definition in the AddUser method:

See the stored: parameter

"stored:ini/tmp;" - User configuration saving method, where ini means saving into local INI text file and tmp means saving temporarily in computer´s memory.
