SetSecond - method of the PmDateObject object

Description:
Sets the PmDateObject object to desired second (eventually millisecond).
Syntax:
Empty SetSecond(Long second, [Long milli])
Parameters:
second(Long) second. Number between 0-59.
milli[optional] (Long) millisecond. Number between 0-999.
If not set, then the millisecond is not changed.
Note:
This method is also functional in Web panels.
