Communication with SAUTER Nova PLC devices

For communication of the PROMOTIC application with SAUTER Nova PLC devices of the EY3600 series is used ActiveX driver developed by ISOFEN, spol. s r.o..
The driver communicates via the computer's serial port with HW router EYZ291 with standard connection and it supports all three communication speeds.
Driver methods allow direct reading and writing of technological variables and also reading, writing and editation of time programs as well. State changes of technological variables come from controlers network spontaneously such, so it cannot be periodically requsting for variables state.
The driver can communicate with all types of devices of the EY3600 series, for example: nova210, nova215, nova220, nova225, nova230, novaFlex, ecos, nova106.

Trade terms:
The EY36LibX driver can be obtained free of charge, just send an e-mail to: brunclik@isofen.net, brunclik@isofenenergy.cz. After instalation without purchasing the licence (without sw key) the driver can be used for test purposes. In this case the driver is functional 1/2 hour after the application is launched.
The component is protected by software key and is functional only on the computer, where is was activated. The activation procedure can be done manually or automatically by means of utilities supplied with software product.
Licence for the driver can be ordered directly at the ISOFEN company.
The usage of the PmaActiveX object requires purchase of the "PmDllActiveX" licence. When developing the application in the freeware mode PmFree, or with development environment and while testing it in runtime, this component is always functional.
