Communication with meters and regulators by the Smaris company

The SMARIS, spol. s r.o. company (https://www.smaris.cz, Czechia) is developing and manufacturing components for measuring and regulation in industrial applications. The product portfolio consists mainly of programmable physical unit converters, programmable digital units, temperature, humudity and pressure sensors and custom measurement systems.

Major portion of the product selection is represented by converters with ethernet connectivity and power input (PoE)

The PROMOTIC application can communicate for example with following converters:

- Ethernet connectivity converter SEL PoETH

- Ethernet connectivity converter SES2 PoETH

- Universal multi-input converter 6xS PoETH

Communication by the Modbus protocol:
For this communication in the PROMOTIC system can be used:

- PmModbusMr - Driver for communication by the Modbus Master protocol.
For easy integration of this driver into the application it is handy to use:

- Preconfiguration "PmModbusMr - Communication set with data and panel for non-defined device"
